GozYac - City of Gosnells Youth Advisory Council Our goal at GOZYAC is to make the City of Gosnells a safer place for the youth and broader community.

The City of Gosnells Youth Advisory council is a group of community minded young people aged between 13 and 23 who meet weekly during the school term, getting together to plan youth inspired and youth driven events and activities throughout the City of Gosnells. The Youth Advisory Council are a community based youth council that aim to promote a positive youth image, represent youth at a council b

ased level, be active valued community members, organise and promote youth events and activities as well as mentoring young members of the community. The ‘YAC’ has been running in some form within the City of Gosnells since early 1999, under the guidance of Youth Services staff. In it’s current form the Gosnells Youth Advisory Council has been running strong since 2006 and in 2014 we have members who have been with us for over five years now and many members are juggling school, university or work and still have the drive and passion to be a member of the Youth Advisory Council.
