Today is World Day Against Child Labour, a reminder that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive in a classroom and not be forced into work.

Ending child labour requires more than awareness, it requires action to address poverty and inequality. Unions are at the forefront of this effort, fighting for secure incomes, decent work and quality education so that children have the opportunity to learn, grow and reach their full potential.

Every child deserves a childhood, an education, and the chance to build a brighter future.
