A HUGE thank you to Ross, Claire and Steven for their incredible effort and perseverance in walking 100km in 24 hours! London to Brighton in the heat of last week! How amazing are they...

Not only did they absolutely smash the physical challenge, but they have supported us almost DOUBLE what was aimed for! This is such an encouragement to us and we are so grateful for wonderfully generous, kind and energetic people like Ross, Claire and Steven for undertaking this challenge for us!

Thank you to the The Hospital Saturday Fund for the invitation to their AGM last night! It was wonderful to hear Fatima Whitbread speaking and her heart for those in the care system - truly inspiring.

We love hearing about other charities who are doing such valuable work. Incredible that we are all supported and bought together by this amazing organisation... Thank you!

Yesterday we had a lovely visitor!

There are so many benefits to have some interaction with a puppy... it can reduce stress, anxiety, blood pressure alongside feelings of joy and social connection. And it certainly worked for our team yesterday 🥰

Thank you so much to the Buskerteers Choir who generously sang to support the work of the Firgrove Centre yesterday at the May Fair! We are so grateful for their support - they raised £44.74 for us, paying forward a session for a client experiencing unimaginable grief!
