A commemoration worth sharing. Thank you to all volunteers who gave up their time to Patrol over the ANZAC weekend β€οΈπŸ’›.

Our turnout for the first memorial patrol at Mission Beach was an important moment were we reflected and acknowledged the lives lost within our surf lifesaving family, and drowning deaths across the State. Recognition also to our Life Member Don Wheatley who passed last year.

We also took a wreath out to sea as a moment of respect. Thank you to Tomas and Jesse who took the IRB out, and to Patrol 4 who contributed on the day.
