2023 FIRST DAY & FOOD MENU

Our first day saw some brilliant dancing within the Troupes, so you need to try your best. Congratulations to each one of you and your effort today.

Please make a significant effort to support our Canteen and Raffle. It is the only way to make our Eisteddfod break even or make a small profit.

Tomorrow morning is an early start, and we will have the BBQ running with Bacon & Egg Sandwiches, plus Sausages. Hot Coffee (donated by Botero) and Tea.

The 2023 Menu - please bring cash due to our square not correctly working.

Troupe programs are available for $2 each or a Full Program is $10.

Raffle tickets are selling for $2 each or 3 for $5.

MUSIC

If you have the same routine for two sections, please label both sections on the outer case / snap-lock bag of your CD or USB. That way the music people can move it to the next section without having to do doubles.

If you would like to play your music on a device or laptop, you need to place section details in a snap lock bag and place it in the section basket. You must be ready to play your device before the previous competitor to keep the competition flowing.

Our Canteen is a way to support the Eisteddfod. All the food is handmade with love!!!! We can cover you for morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.

We have also purchased a square so you can tap and go, plus cash.

Some of the menu will include:- Hot Chips, BBQ Sausage Sizzle, Bacon and Egg Rolls, Sandwiches, Pumpkin Soup, Curry Chicken, Cakes and Slices, Tea, Coffee, and Drinks (and more).

So please come and enjoy some food while you watch the fantastic dancers on stage.

REMINDERS: -

Music - The Competitor's music must be on a separate CD or USB stick. It must be labeled with the competitor's name, section, and if the competitor starts off or on the stage. Hoping with the new upgrade venue, this will be our last year.

Tap Shoes - Competitors competing in Tap must not wear them inside the Hall, only on the stage.

Dance Etiquette - Competitors wanting to sit inside the hall and watch the session must be covered up concerning their dance outfits.

Our Eisteddfod is fast approaching, and we need Volunteers. We have three sessions per day morning, afternoon, and evening.

Some of the Volunteer positions are Front Door, Announcing, and Canteen. If you can help in one session or more, that would be wonderful.

Novice Dancers - This year we have many of our dancers dancing in both the Novice and open sections. All Novice sections...

Novice Dancers - This year we have many of our dancers dancing in both the Novice and open sections. All Novice sections will be run on the same day as the open section for their age and we will schedule the sections so Novice dancers will not have to have a change of costume between their performance. This is a great way to gain confidence of dancing on stage and have a second time performing the dance while it is fresh in their mind.
If you would like to add any extra sections to your entries like Novice, open sections, improvisations or scholarships today is the last chance as we will not be accepting any late entries or changes once entries close.
