We are open today 11-5, and next Tuesday and Thursday, then we are all having a 2 week break and will be closed.

Recently we received some negative feedback from a donor, and we want to take the opportunity to sincerely apologise to anyone who has had an unpleasant interaction with our staff or volunteers. I have discussed this with the team and we are committed to improving our communication going forward.

We ask for your understanding when we are unable to accept donations due to storage, legal, or suitability requirements. These decisions are never personal, and we truly appreciate every offer of support.

Without our wonderful volunteers we just could not do what we do. Thank you to our regular ladies who turn up week after week to sort, wash and display our donations, and show love and care to all those who visit us.

This morning it was the 3 Jans who have done a wonderful job to keep things ticking along on what has been a busy day. Thank you Jan, Jan and Jan! And thank you to all the other regular volunteers too! We appreciate what you do by offering your time and your talents.
