Children’s Hospital Foundation funds cutting-edge equipment, vital research and on the ground support for sick kids and their families at Queensland Children's Hospital and across the state. ams for sick kids. Our incredible volunteers are there to support little patients while they are in hospital, helping them to laugh and smile, get better and go home with their families. With your help, we will continue to fund research to achieve faster diagnoses, better treatments and ultimately cures for some of the most devastating childhood illnesses and injuries. There’s a lot you can do to support a child with an injury, serious illness or life threatening disease. You can donate money to help save precious young lives. Donate your time to make a difference at our children’s hospital. Or raise funds for vital research and equipment, spread smiles and support families through difficult times. You can make a difference and with your support, the wonders will never cease and the care will never stop.

PORTRAITS OF HOME // We invited members of the Warwick Artists Group to be a part of our current exhibition Drawn Together: Portraits of Queensland Homes that we are presenting to support the Children's Hospital Foundation. The six artists who responded have created lovely pastel artworks that really capture the magic, comfort and individuality of home.

The exhibition features thirty six artworks, most by children and young adults. It is a very special exhibition to raise awareness of the challenges that families face when they have a child in hospital.

Drawn Together: Portraits of Queensland Homes is on until 11 July. Open Tuesday to Friday 10am to 4pm and on Saturday 9am to 12pm.

If you’re an artist or gallery, we’d love to hear from you. 🎨

Alongside heartfelt works from children and community members, this year’s Drawn Together: Help Make Hospital Feel More Like Home exhibition was enriched by powerful submissions from First Nations artist Tori-Jay Mordey and Brisbane artist Nick Caldwell.

As we begin shaping the 2027 exhibition, we’re opening the door even wider to artists and galleries across the state. There’s space for more stories, more perspectives, and more creative voices to be shared. 🖼️

Tag an artist who inspires you, or find out more about how you can get involved by emailing [email protected]. 👏🏻

Together, we can evolve this project that brings colour, comfort, and connection for kids. 🏡

Every night until Sunday 14 June, we encourage you to visit Drawn Together: Help Make Hospital Feel More Like Home at BRISBANE POWERHOUSE and reflect on what home means to you. 🎨

We are all in for National Reconciliation Week. 💚

At Children’s Hospital Foundation, we represent the people and communities of Queensland – from different towns, cities, backgrounds and cultures.

That responsibility comes with a commitment to care that is inclusive, respectful and culturally safe.

From everyone at the Foundation, we’re proud to stand alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families every day, and will never stop prioritising how we can create a more connected future.
