n the south of the state. SEC Care strives to empower members of the community with special needs to successfully live in their own homes and thrive in their communities. We have Day Centres located at Sorell, Brighton and Orford, offering a wide range of services and activities for SEC Care clients and their carers. Access to all services and programs is by referral from health professionals, referral agencies or by self-referral, which can be submitted through the My Aged Care Portal online at www.myagedcare.gov.au/referral, Tas Care Point at www.dhhs.tas.gov.au/service_information/service_delivery_points/access_point_-_tascarepoint, Gateway Services at www.dhhs.tas.gov.au/disability/gateway_services, and NDIS at www.ndis.gov.au/people-disability/information-and-referral. We value and encourage support from the Tasmanian community, as the services we provide are dependent on funding, resources and availability of volunteers. Quality care is provided by experienced and qualified staff and dedicated volunteers in accordance with National Standards and Program Guidelines.
