Sorell on Stage Formed in 2010 by like-minded members of the local community we aim to bring live theatre to SE Tas.

Formed in 2010 by like minded members of the community to bring theatre to our local area. We present 3 productions per year and encourage new members to join us. Our home is at the Sorell Memorial Hall and we thank the Sorell Council for their continued support for our group. In 2016, we were honoured to be awarded with an Errol at the Tasmanian Theatre Awards for exceptional, original, community-based performances.

Now that we've had a few days to recover, we want to give a big thank you to everyone who attended, supported, and participated in Just Deserts.

Special thanks to our musical entree Stacey & Grant; stage manager Emily; the front-of-house and bar team led by Phillipe and Laini; our sound & lighting dream team Grant, Tricky & Madison; writer & director John; and the amazing cast: Sara, Ann-Marie, Vicki (and Lea for filling in at the last minute), Craig, David, Ron, and the incredible Denise! Well done all!! 🌟
