Better late than never!🙈

We want to thank all the riders and their tag alongs (horses, family, friends and anyone else that fits the bill) for coming to our recent Dressage Jackpot competition on the 2nd of May. We truly appreciate the support it provides our club and our members, and we're glad to be able to contribute to the equestrian community by adding to the competition opportunities within our area.

Please help us in congratulating the winners from our competition... 👏🥇🥈🐴

And as ALWAYS, a big shout out to our absolutely wonderful sponsors. Thank you to Mega Merch Rural & Pet for purchasing the personalised cheese boards (from Crafted By Bea) for the champions and to Meredith Dairy for the addition of the jars of their wonderful cheese! Mega Merch Rural & Pet also supplied the bags of feed and Olssons Blocks supplied the 007 salt blocks for the reserve champions.
Without these awesome businesses it would not be possible and are very grateful to them!

Due to the extreme weather forecast and high chance of a Total Fire Ban being declared, our competition this Sunday has been postponed. We have been in contact with the Smythesdale CFA who have advised that the weekend will be declared extreme.

This decision has not been made lightly, but everyone's safety and welfare is our priority.

Our new date is Saturday 2nd May 2026.

The weather was way hotter than originally forecast, but, our December rally was fabulous all the same!
Big thanks to our terrific instructors Chris Mann, Marianne Crawford and Fiona Normand (all are EA Instructors 😉)
No more rallies until our midweek rally in January, followed by another SATURDAY rally with our Dressage JACKPOT competition the following day, at the end of January.
It'll be weird having to wait so long (we hold our December rally early due to the 4th Sunday being too close to Xmas).
Bit of trivia: BARC used to only hold rallies from February to November! Now we have them every month!!
