We make charitable giving simpler, more efficient and more effective by connecting businesses that have goods with charities who need them. Our unique online donation marketplace provides a seamless process that links ordering, shipping, warehousing operations and member support together and eliminates delays in meeting demand. Through this innovative technological approach, we are able to do good for businesses, charities, individuals and the environment. Businesses can donate excess product in a cost-effective and socially responsible way, while improving employee engagement and their bottom line. Charities can save money, expand programs and strengthen their impact. Individual donations also go further by directly subsidising their favourite charities’ shipping costs. Every investment in Good360 reaches beyond our organisation. By connecting essential goods with community organisations across the country, we help frontline services stretch their resources further and provide practical support to people and families experiencing hardship.

This additional funding recognises the important role that access to essential goods plays in Australia’s emergency relief system and the collective impact we can achieve when government, businesses and community organisations work together.

Bath time, bedtime and everything in between just got a little easier for families 💚

Good360 network member Inala Community House recently shared some Gro-To kids' products with families who needed them most.

The response has been huge:

🛁 Families are turning bath time into the highlight of the day, with the clever bottle designs a hit with the kids.
🧴 Children with dry or sensitive skin are getting relief from the Skin Wizard.
🌙 Foster carers say the Bad Dream Buster helps children who've experienced trauma settle and relax at night.
💚 Families supporting children with autism and other disabilities are finding the products a welcome way to take the pressure off.

"The Gro-To products have been a massive hit with our foster carers, they just can't get enough of them."

As the team at Inala Community House put it, keeping kids clean should be a given, but for families doing it tough, it often means difficult trade-offs. Gro-To products helped take some of that weight off.

Meet Ying, Good360 Australia's Head of Customer Success!

Ying's Good360 story began back in 2023, when she joined us as a corporate volunteer. Fast forward to 2026, and she now leads our Customer Success team, supporting our incredible network of members so they can spend less time on admin and more time doing good in their communities.

Her favourite part of the job?
"Good360 really is the biggest charity you've never heard of. I first heard of them as a volunteer with a previous employer, and seeing the massive scale of their operations and the community impact instantly inspired me. Today, being part of this team and seeing the passion of my peers and the charities we work with fills my bucket up daily."

A huge thank you to Mayo Hardware for their generous donation of shampoo and conditioner, distributed through our network member, The Neighbourhood Hub!

These everyday essentials made a difference for families with young children, people experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity, people living with disability, and community members facing financial hardship. Handed out during emergency relief appointments, these items helped ease the stress of an already difficult time.

As The Neighbourhood Hub shared: "Personal care items such as shampoo and conditioner are often overlooked but are essential for health, dignity, and wellbeing." Recipients told us that simply having access to basic toiletries helped them feel cared for and supported.

Thank you, Mayo Hardware, for helping us support the health and dignity of vulnerable Australians. Together with Good360, your generosity is making a genuine difference.

Last week, Lisa and Miranda made the trip to Wyong to visit one of our valued Good360 network members, We Care Connect.

We Care Connect have been in members since 2019, and we were absolutely impressed by their operations! Every corner was alive with activity, powered by a kind-hearted team and dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly to get much-needed products into the hands of people who need them most Seeing the difference they make in their community first hand was truly inspiring.

We're so grateful to Price Attack for their generous donations of hair care products to Good360 Australia!

Their goods have already reached 70 charity and school partners across the country, and the impact is real. These items have gone to families rebuilding their lives after domestic violence, and students doing it tough, getting a little extra confidence boost as they head into the classroom.

Sometimes it's the everyday essentials, like a good shampoo or conditioner, that can make someone feel human again, feel cared for, feel ready to face the day. That's the kind of difference Price Attack is helping us make, one product at a time.

Let's talk about the stuff nobody wants to talk about…

Back-to-school season brings new shoes, fresh stationery, and an almost guaranteed wave of head lice. It's one of those totally normal parts of school life that somehow still comes with a side of stress, awkward notes home, and parents scrambling for treatment they didn't budget for.

Thanks to a donation from Pharmacare Laboratories, our network member Mission Australia Communities for Children Ipswich included Head Lice Treatment Kits as a standard item in their family support programs. By making these kits freely available to everyone, Mission Australia removed both the cost and the awkwardness that often delays treatment. They said:

"We strategically included the Head Lice Treatment Kits in the back-to-school backpacks as a proactive measure to address a common yet stressful annual problem, discreetly placed in the large exterior pocket of every bag. This meant every student received the tools for detection and treatment automatically and privately — normalising preparation and removing the financial and social barriers that so often delay treatment."

Sometimes the most meaningful support isn't flashy. It's practical, it's dignified, and it's there before anyone even has to ask.

Recently, our Founder & MD Alison dropped into Rotary Donations in Kind West Footscray, one of our network members in Victoria. Welcomed by Colleen, Bronwyn and the team, she got to explore their incredible volunteer-run warehouse and see firsthand the scale of goods they distribute to communities doing it tough.

It was a visit full of learnings, laughs, and so much heart, a brilliant reminder of what's possible when generosity meets logistics.

Meet Jose, Founder of O&M.

When Jose first learned that 1 in 7 Australians were experiencing hygiene poverty, it stopped her in her tracks. Since then, our latest research shows the issue has only grown: 1 in 5 Australians (5.5 million people) now do it tough when it comes to basic hygiene essentials.

"So much of what we do is about the way we present ourselves," Jose says. Whether you're chasing a new job, better housing, or just trying to feel like yourself again, hygiene and self-care play a bigger role than we often realise.

In the last six months alone, O&M has donated $170,000 worth of product to Good360, helping make sure good hair days aren't out of reach for anyone.

Thank you, O&M, for believing that everyone deserves to feel good about themselves. As the need grows, so does our gratitude for partners like you.

Behind the scenes of the incredible national impact you see every day is our amazing operations team. 📦

They keep our ReDistribution Centre humming, picking and packing orders efficiently, greeting our local members with a smile when they collect their goods, and making sure everything keeps moving so donated goods from Smithfield reach the people and communities who need them most.
