We make charitable giving simpler, more efficient and more effective by connecting businesses that have goods with charities who need them. Our unique online donation marketplace provides a seamless process that links ordering, shipping, warehousing operations and member support together and eliminates delays in meeting demand. Through this innovative technological approach, we are able to do good

for businesses, charities, individuals and the environment. Businesses can donate excess product in a cost-effective and socially responsible way, while improving employee engagement and their bottom line. Charities can save money, expand programs and strengthen their impact. Individual donations also go further by directly subsidising their favourite charities’ shipping costs. When disaster strikes, whether it's a flood, bushfire, or family crisis, the immediate response matters. But what about the months and years that follow?

Our latest research reveals something that might surprise you: the greatest gap in support for Australians recovering from a crisis isn't in those first chaotic days, it's much later, when the news cycle has moved on and the donations have dried up.

Additionally, the basics are what families tell us they need most during that long road back. The things most of us take for granted every single day.

Whitegoods top the list: fridges, washing machines, the appliances that make a house function. Close behind are beds and bedding, kitchen appliances, clothing, kitchenware, furniture, and electrical items.

These aren't luxuries. They're the foundation people need to cook a meal, get a good night's sleep, and send their kids to school feeling like themselves again.

Right now, nearly 4 in 5 charities in our network say they don't have enough donated goods to meet demand, and that number is growing every year.

If you’ve ever wondered what drives the heart and soul of Good360, you need to listen to the latest episode of the Community Industry Group - Illawarra Forum Community Matters podcast.

Our brilliant Head of Government and Philanthropy, Susan Wallis, sat down with Nicky to talk about systemic kindness, waste reduction, and her own story that helped shape her passion for inclusion and volunteering, and how that personal journey feeds directly into the work we do, connecting surplus to millions of Australians.

Check it out for yourself at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTyu1ZvFSdU

We are so incredibly proud to have Susan leading the charge with us.

What a week on the Gold Coast!

Our team had the privilege of attending the LFRA Forum in Queensland, and it was such a valuable couple of days.

Our Founder & MD, Alison Covington AM, took to the stage to share what Good360 is all about, from the real-world impact we create in communities, to what meaningful retail partnerships can look like at scale. She showcased our Birds in the Bush project with Harvey Norman and made the case for why businesses and community organisations working together is how we actually close the gap between need and access.

Good360's Kate and Anna were also there, soaking it all in and catching up with our wonderful partners Harvey Norman, Spotlight Retail Group, IKEA, OZ Design, Amphis and Bedshed.

Thank you, LFRA, for the invitation and for your continued partnership in building more resilient communities across Australia. We're already looking forward to what's next.

What happens to a business’s surplus home goods when they donate to Good360?

Instead of gathering dust in storage or going to waste, they go to the families who need them. That could be a family furnishing a new home after leaving crisis accommodation, a young person setting up their first independent living space, or even a woman rebuilding after domestic violence.

This is what the power of generosity can achieve 💚

In regional Australia, domestic and family violence rates are nearly three times higher than in cities, but the services and safe spaces to help are far fewer.

Through the incredible vision of Birds In The Bush, and with the generous support of the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW Foundation and Harvey Norman, Good360 helped furnish The Orchard — a refuge with six self-contained units in Orange, NSW, where women and children can arrive, breathe, and start again.

New beds. New fridges. New towels. The things we all take for granted, that mean everything when you have nothing.

Rhiannon, a mum of three who found safety at The Orchard, told us: "It was just a light at the end of the tunnel, the support we received turned everything around for me and the kids."

That's the power of the right partners showing up at the right time. Thank you to Harvey Norman, the RAS Foundation, and the extraordinary team at Birds in the Bush for making this possible. 💚

Last night was a big one for the Good360 Australia team.

We're thrilled to share that we took home the Best Use of Data for Community Impact Award at the 2026 Australian NFP Technology Awards! 🎉

This award recognises how organisations are using data to make better decisions, improve services, and drive real, systemic change. Data is at the heart of how we connect the right goods to the right communities, and being recognised for that work is incredibly motivating.

A massive thank you to Infoxchange for recognising us as a finalist, and a very special shoutout to Jonathan Storey from Uniting Vic.Tas, who kindly represented us in Melbourne to accept the award on our behalf.

Here's to using data for good! 💚

As we begin to experience cooler weather across Australia, we're keeping in mind the individuals who are struggling to keep warm. Whether it's individuals who are experiencing homelessness, families recovering from disaster or crises, or communities who simply can't afford heating, we understand that the need for warm clothing and blankets is rife now more than ever.

This message from an Elder recipient of electric blankets says it all...words like these are why we do what we do 💚

Thank you to Ghadugunya Aboriginal Corporation and all our other network members who make moments like this possible.
