BML’s first gala event is already alive with energy—filled with practice sessions, dedication, a few giggles, and just a little bit of chaos 🎶

The journey to creating something truly magical is in full swing, with passionate volunteers working behind the scenes to bring every element of the night together ✨

Local singers, along with talented young performers, have come through auditions and are now shaping the show through lively rehearsals—blending learning, high notes, and teamwork! With guidance from experienced performers, quick run-throughs, and plenty of “you’ve got this!” moments backstage, the spirit is both focused and uplifting🫶🏼👍🏼👏

The Story of BML - Brisbane Music Lovers!!

Just over 4 years ago, a group of friends came together with an idea of jam sessions to feed their ardent passion for music—a force that connects, inspires, and moves the soul.

What began as a pure passion with bimonthly musical gatherings in community halls has blossomed into a vibrant, supportive space where friendships have flourished, talents are discovered and partnerships are made.

BML has grown into a podium that nurtures creativity, fosters collaboration, and creates lasting memories. BML is more than just a community—it’s a celebration of connection, creativity, and the joy that music brings to every life it touches.

BML’s joy has steadily grown by channeling its passion into a meaningful purpose to support for children - offering them safety, dignity, and a chance to thrive through fundraising efforts.
