Four ARO volunteer fathers from Melbourne, together with their daughters, visited an orphanage in Bali. They brought joy to the children by giving them pocket money and gifts.
They also hired a bus and took the children shopping, giving them the opportunity to choose gifts for themselves. The day concluded with a special meal together, creating wonderful and memorable moments for the children.
In addition, the volunteers covered the orphanage’s utility bills, providing valuable practical support to the orphanage.
This was a beautiful example of fathers and daughters coming together to share kindness, generosity and the spirit of volunteering, while inspiring the next generation to care for others.

Our volunteers proudly joined community tree planting events in Western Australia with City of Canning and in Victoria with Moonee Valley City Council, helping create greener, healthier communities for future generations.
