We have a selection of walks for members each Wednesday and weekend activities as well. Shoalhaven Bushwalkers club policy precludes us from specifying exact locations in our posts. Many of our walks are in the more remote areas of the Shoalhaven (and beyond) where navigation can be difficult, phone coverage can be non-existent, and help can be far away and a long time coming. We have a duty of ca
re to protect members of the public who view photos of our walks on Facebook whose fitness, health (including mental health), abilities and experience we do not know. We also want to protect the locations we walk from over-use and abuse at the hands of less well-intentioned people than ourselves. Our page exists primarily for our members, but also to promote both our club, and the benefits of walking with a club. Shoalhaven Bushwalkers Inc is affiliated with Bushwalking NSW.
