We take the time to build a ‘Get To Know Me’ profile for each person in our support team. This helps break the ice and calms the nerves when a participant is meeting our support staff/mentor for the first time.

Finding the perfect match is our aim with every support connection!

Whilst we recognise the importance of skills and experience, it is shared interests, personality, and preferences that are vital for building meaningful and consistent connections with participants and their loved ones 💙
