A more inclusive Australia starts with understanding.

The more we learn about the impact of stigma, the better equipped we are to challenge it, support one another, and create meaningful change.

That's exactly why this work matters.

Did you know free su***de prevention training is being offered across Tasmania?

Whether you're interested in supporting family, friends, colleagues or your wider community, these sessions provide practical skills.

The training will help you to:
1. recognise signs of distress
2. respond confidently in a crisis
3. promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

Delivered by Kentish Regional Clinic and suitable for anyone to attend, training kicks off in Devonport later this month, with more sessions to follow across the state.
