It was thoroughly enjoyed by our residents, families and staff. ❤️
A huge thank you to all our wonderful staff and volunteers who gave so much of their own time to make sure everyone had such a special and memorable night.
I’m constantly amazed by the dedication and generosity of our team and the lengths they go to for our residents. We are very lucky to have such an amazing group of people at Tandara! 💕

Last Friday, we celebrated Aged Care Employee Day — a wonderful opportunity to recognise and thank the incredible people who make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day. ❤️

We simply cannot thank our amazing team enough for all that you do. From our administration team, cleaners, allied health professionals, leisure and lifestyle team, quality, maintenance, kitchen staff, nurses, laundry, carers, bus drivers and management — every single one of you plays an important part in keeping our residents happy, safe, cared for and connected.

Your dedication, compassion and willingness to go the extra mile never goes unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for everything you do and so proud to have such a wonderful team.

Thank you for everything you do for our residents and for each other. You are all truly amazing! 💕👏

Our residents had a fantastic time today playing balloon tennis — plenty of laughs, friendly competition and lots of team spirit! Who knew we had so many tennis champions at Tandara.
