Ever wondered what our vaulting horses get up to in their spare time?

Last weekend, our vaulting horse JLo went to the Jill Stanton Dressage Day at the Serpentine Horse and Pony Club!

JLo and her lovely rider Zoe competed, taking out the win with an impressive score of 73.8% — the highest score achieved by any horse on the day out of more than 200 tests!
JLo absolutely loved her day out socialising, showing off her beautiful plaits, and soaking up all the attention 🥰

The true skills of a trusted vaulting horse are developed under saddle and by having plenty of variety in their training to keep them happy, engaged, and enjoying their work.

A huge congratulations to JLo and Zoe!!

We’re already looking forward to seeing what our other vaulting horses Takoda and Moo get up to in their spare time next! 😍

Coach Marianne found a beautiful vaulting team in Germany, and last year we had the joy of writing to them.

Over Christmas, they surprised us with cards and CHOCOLATE!! 🍫✨ Such a thoughtful and generous gesture — it absolutely made our day!

We’ve now put together some letters to send back, and we cannot wait for them to receive them. It’s so special to build these international friendships through our shared love of vaulting. 💛🐴
