TransCare Hunter Limited TransCare provides Aged Care and Community Transport services in the Upper Hunter. This includes social events and a wide range of in-home services.

TransCare Hunter Limited is a not-for-profit organisation providing support and services to people residing in the Muswellbrook Shire Council and Upper Hunter Shire Council areas. We are a registered provide for the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and for Home Care Packages (HCP). These programs are designed to support older people to live in their own homes for as long as possible. Trans

Care also operates the Community Transport Program running local bus services between towns across the region as a registered provider for Transport for NSW.

TransCare has positions available for Care Workers, especially in the Muswellbrook area.
TransCare is a local Aged Care provider covering the Muswellbrook and Upper Hunter Shire Councils. We are seeking Care Workers who hold Cert 3 in Individual Support or people new to the sector who are willing to learn.

The Wellness Program had an Absolute TEArrific time at the Two Teabags show on Thursday the 6th of August at the Muswellbrook Library. Marj and Shirl showed us the best cleaning techniques and tea etiquette, Tom knows how to use a feather duster now… so no excuses! The Two Teabags served up a TEAmendous performance full of laughs and adult entertainment. The Kookaburra award for the loudest cackle goes to our beloved bus driver Carol. A great day and lunch enjoyed by all!!

TransCare is a locally registered Aged Care provider for the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). We also provide services on behalf of Support at Home (SaH) providers that operate within our area. Additionally, we are funded to deliver Community Transport, for people of any age, that are transport disadvanted and living in the Upper Hunter.
