Our first book for the IGNITE COLLECTIVE Book Club is…

The Mountain Is You by Brianna Wiest 🤎✨

This book has changed me in ways I didn’t expect — not because it’s “self-help,” but because it holds up a mirror to the parts of ourselves we’re finally ready to meet.

It speaks to healing, self-sabotage, emotional patterns, identity, and the moment we decide to rise into who we were always meant to be.
I chose this book because so much of my own becoming has been about understanding why I made certain choices, and how we transform from the inside out.
It’s powerful, confronting in the best way, and deeply awakening. It has been a year or two since I have read it so I’m interested to see how it lands now.

We begin Monday the 15th, and each Monday we’ll move into the next section together.

Here’s our reading flow for the month:



🌿 WEEK 1 — Chapters 1–3

📅 Monday 15 → Sunday 21
Theme: Awareness, emotional patterns, beginning to see ourselves clearly.
Reflection prompt will be posted Monday morning.



🌿 WEEK 2 — Chapters 4–6

📅 Monday 22 → Sunday 28
Theme: Resistance, self-sabotage, the deeper “why” behind our behaviours.
Weekly reflection posted on Monday.



🌿 WEEK 3 — Chapters 7–9

📅 Monday 29 → Sunday [next month] 4
Theme: Identity, belief systems, releasing old versions of ourselves.



🌿 WEEK 4 — Chapters 10–12

📅 Monday [next month] 5 → Sunday [next month] 11
Theme: Becoming, alignment, conscious transformation.
We’ll close the month with a final reflection.
