Behind every Scout badge, Camp, Hike, Abseil, Archery session, Adventurous Activities and Peak Award achievement, are our Volunteers - the backbone of Scouting.
Without Volunteers, Scouting does not happen.
Sarina Scout Group is incredibly honoured to have not only our own awesome Leaders but also the support of Scout Leaders from every group across our district and the highly dedicated Hibiscus Coast District team (HCD).
The Hibiscus Coast District covers the four Scout groups of Sarina, Mackay City Central Scout Group, Banksia Scout Group (in Andergrove) and Whitsunday Scout Group in Proserpine.
The HCD team is made up of Adventurous Activity specialists, Group Leaders, District Leaders, District Commissioner, Rowallan Park Fellowship team and we are also lucky to have our Regional Commissioner visit regularly.
On behalf of Sarina Scout Group, Youth of Hibiscus Coast, Adult members, Committee members, Parents, Grandparents and families - Thankyou to Hibiscus Coast District Scouts team for everything you do.
Thankyou for sharing your time, passion and skills to help to keep the "OUT" in SCOUTING for the young and young at heart.

Lest we forget

Today, we take a moment to honor and remember the brave men and women who fought for our country.

Each year, Scouts across Australia come together for ANZAC Day ceremonies, paying tribute to those who served. On this day, we reflect on their courage, resilience, and spirit of camaraderie, acknowledging the sacrifices made for the freedoms we enjoy.

Honoring the past, looking ahead.
Lest We Forget 🌺

Sarina Scouts recently caught up with Brigitte from Brizi / Art Therapy to present her with an appreciation certificate to say thankyou for the fun and creative Print Painting workshop she did with them last year.
