5th Sandringham Scout Group - Public Page Scouting is a volunteer organisation, made up of generous leaders and parent helpers who make Scoutin

If you want to become a Scout, you are accepting a challenge to plunge into action. You could find yourself exploring a mountain wilderness, helping in emergency rescues, operating a radio station, photographing wild animals, sending coded messages, searching for gold, canoeing down a river, camping in the bush, recording your own songs or sailing across the ocean with the salt spray in your face.

Scouting gives you the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of exciting activities. It also gives you the greatest opportunity of all - the opportunity to develop real friendships by sharing the experiences of learning, growing and exploring the world with others. Best of all, you might get to take part in a Jamboree - a huge camp with over 10,000 other Scouts for two weeks. You'll do so much stuff it's too much to mention - HUGE fun!

Looking for a fun, active, and adventurous activity for your child? We’d love to welcome you to 5th Sandringham Joey Scouts for our Open Day!

Joey Scouts is for girls and boys aged 5–8 years and is all about adventure, imagination, making new friends, and learning valuable life skills through fun and exciting activities.

🌟 Confidence-building experiences
🔥 Camps and sleepovers
📵 Less screen time and more adventure!

At 5th Sandringham Scouts, we believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, valued, and included for exactly who they are. Scouting is a place where kindness, acceptance, and friendship matter, and where every young person and leader should feel proud to be themselves.
