Sale parkrun Sale parkrun, a FREE weekly timed 5km event 7:45 am at The Soundshell, Botanical Gardens Sale.

Sale parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 8am at Sale Botanic Gardens in Sale, Victoria, Australia. Sale parkrun is FREE and open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ability to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians, from j

uniors 5 years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least 3 times per year.

It was a great morning at Sale parkrun😊 We had 120 participants take to the course today. Lots of first timers at our event, which is great to see.

Congratulations for Noella Foster for completing her 300th parkrun event, to Jack Jellis for completing his 10tth park run event. Well done to you both!

Happy Friday everyone🎉 One more sleep till parkrun.

Hope everyone had a great week and is excited for the long weekend, and the best way to kick off a long weekend is with a parkrun!!

The weather is looking pretty good tomorrow morning; not too cold, not too windy and dry 🙂

What a fantastic start to the weekend at Sale parkrun!

Today we welcomed 99 runners, walkers and joggers to our beautiful course. Whether you were chasing a personal best, enjoying a social stroll with friends, or simply getting out and about on a crisp morning, it was great to see so many smiling faces.

A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers who made today’s event possible. From setting up the course to cheering everyone across the finish line, your time and enthusiasm are what keep parkrun running each week. 💙

To our first timers and visitors, welcome! We hope you enjoyed your morning with us and look forward to seeing you again soon. And to our regular parkrun family, thank you for continuing to make Sale parkrun such a friendly and welcoming community.
