Well ladies I think we can officially say noone is renewing membership this year. So could you all drop me a quick email to say you are resigning and then we can get together at a dinner perhaps and have a farewell night/meeting. What do you all think.

We are holdig another Mindfulness Session next week Tuesday 17th October with Tracy Vandepeer.
Tracy is an art psychotherapist who has used mindfulness to increase her well being and help navigate the stresses of life. She will give a short talk with some tips, followed by a discussion and fellowship over a meal.
The session will be held at the Mintaro Pub at 6pm.
