CWA Rylstone Branch The Rylstone CWA branch has been running in the community for 96 years supporting the rural woman of our area.

We meet the first Friday of the month at 10:00am in the Rylstone CWA hall Cudgegong St, Rylstone.

You’ll find a delicious range of traditional treats including;
WAFFLES served with ice cream and caramel sauce
SCONES served with jam and cream
FRESHLY MADE SANDWICHES (variety available)
SAUSAGE ROLLS served with tomato or bbq sauce
CAKES, SLICES and BISCUITS (variety available)
DRINKS tea, coffe, poppers, flavoured milk and water.
Our air-conditioned rooms will be open from 9am

🎓 Youth Development Scholarships | Applications Now Open 🎓

The Youth Development Scholarship provides $1,000 to support students with education related costs such as laptops, textbooks, uniforms, tutoring, transport, internet access, and wellbeing supports.

In 2026, over 1,500 scholarships will be offered to eligible students across NSW.

Who can apply?

Students entering Years 10, 11 or 12 in 2026 who are:

👉enrolled in a NSW high school, TAFE equivalent, home schooling, or a school based apprenticeship or traineeship, and

👉living in social housing or out of home care (including public housing, Aboriginal housing, community housing, supported or temporary accommodation).

Key dates

🗓️ Applications open: 9:00 am, 13 October 2025
🗓️ Applications close: 5:00 pm, 13 February 2026
📩 Outcomes will be advised mid to late May 2026

Students who have received this scholarship previously may reapply if they remain eligible.
