Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Wallenjoe Hotel in Stanhope on Wednesday the 10th of June to hear Warren Davies "The Unbreakable Farmer" speak. Truly an informative night - although focussed on farmers the information provided on the night could be used by everyone. With statistics which indicate that 45% of our population during their life time will experience mental health issues. We need to look at ways to build resilience and opportunities for communities to support each other.

Thank you to Stanhope and District Development Committee and National Centre for Farmer Health (Look Over the Farm Gate), who provided the funding which allowed us to hold this event.

We enjoyed working with GV Health to deliver this activity.
