Welcome to Men's Health Week 2026!
Men's Health Week takes place internationally from 15 June to 21 June 2026 in many countries around the world including Ireland, the UK, Canada, Australia and the United States.
The overall aims of the week are to:
- Heighten awareness of preventable health problems for males of all ages.
- Support men and boys to engage in healthier lifestyle choices / activities.
- Encourage the early detection and treatment of health difficulties in males.
Men make up 50% of the population and deserve to have a gender lens focused upon their specific health needs. A male is a brother, a father, a grandfather, a son, a boyfriend, a husband, a partner, a kid, an uncle, a grandfather.
This week, the Community Hub is partnering with local organisations to bring awareness to the importance of Men's Health! Make sure you take some time this week to have the important conversations with the men in your life. Keep an eye on our socials this week for some important men's health facts and resources!
We had an awesome start to the week on Saturday, with our community football event at the Oval! A huge thank you to Mind over Masculinity, TasteLife, SAPOL and both the junior and senior football leagues for joining us on this day and making it another great event!
