🫶 Had the absolute pleasure of attending The Women’s Spirit Project – Mother’s Day High Tea 2026, generously hosted by Trudy Poole and supported by Rotary Peninsula 2.0 , event sponsor Pressroom Philanthropy, silent‑auction partners, donors and volunteers.

Overlooking Port Phillip Bay, the afternoon carried that unmistakable mix of heart, hope and community — a glass of sparkly, a beautiful savoury‑sweet spread, and an inspiring keynote from Donna Hope OAM. Every detail reflected the spirit of women rising together. ✨️

The Women’s Spirit Project offers accessible programs that integrate fitness, health and wellbeing activities, creating a meaningful lifeline for women facing violence, poverty, mental ill‑health, addiction, homelessness and isolation — supporting them to rebuild and thrive. ✨️

Their mission is simple and powerful:

✨ “See women. Believe in them — until they can believe in themselves.” ✨

They’re aiming to raise $100,000 to support programs that rebuild confidence, connection and purpose across the Frankston, Mornington Peninsula and Casey regions.

A small contribution becomes part of a much bigger transformation. 🫶

THE ODE OF REMEMBRANCE

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
