Lancefield Romsey Commuter Bus

The Lancefield Romsey Commuter Co-op seeks expressions of interests for new members.

The co-op will commute to Melbourne and back Monday to Friday each week.

New members would be required to:

commit to travel at least 4-5 days a week
be prepared to share the driving
pay approximately $65 per week to contribute to running costs.

Hi everyone, after a period of hiatus we are looking at getting the commuter bus from Lancefield/Romsey to Melbourne and back up and running again. Those interested become members of our co-op and pay a weekly fee for travel. It's a cost effective, comfortable way of getting to work Monday to Friday.

The Lancefield Romsey Commuter bus is not running due to a decline in passengers and more importantly a shortage of drivers. We may start up again with a 12 seater bus - if there is a committed passenger and driver base. Express interest if you can assist.

Help out if you can

Following the latest bush fires at Lancefield, Benloch and the Cobaw's we are inundated with people looking for clothes as they have been displaced. If anyone has warm clothes they can hand into the Op Shop that would be great, we are short on males cloths at the moment but all offers are welcome.

We are closed tonight but we will open tomorrow, please just leave any clothes on the door step. Please help if you can!
