The Park is open! But help is needed to finish the project
The Romsey Ecotherapy Park is a unique all-inclusive nature space for all ages and physical abilities to explore, play and discover nature.
The Park is designed to not only excite and entertain children of all ages but to also provide sensory stimulation and a healing space for reflection for all ages.
Located on the old Romsey Primary School site the charming school building and magnificent old oak tree remain, honouring Romsey’s heritage. The site reinforces the Park as a place to gather and strengthen community links.
The Active Nature space, officially opening on 30th August 2018, offers a series of active interaction and physical challenges appealing to children young and old. The exciting, interconnected features intertwine and accentuate the tree cave formed by the magnificent old oak tree. Making for a shaded, peaceful place to sit and be while children are playing.
