Roma parkrun A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning at 7am. Everyone is welcome to walk, run or volunteer.

**Starting 17 May 2014**
Roma parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 7am in Roma, QLD, Australia. Roma parkrun is FREE and open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ability to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians, from juniors 5 years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least 3 times per year.

Calling all parkrunners!!!

The course might be soggy* but it’s clear and the brief return to cooler weather is very welcome.

Roma parkrun is on like Donkey Kong!!

See you all at 6:45 for briefing and Ready, Set, parkrun at 0700 🏃‍♀️ 🏃 🏃‍♂️

Juniors under 11 with an adult

*look, the course is clear but IYKYK, the track along the creek to Little A’s is going to be muddy and slippery. Definitely not a day to crack out the new shoes or socks. Look after yourself and each other. 😎
