Today our transitional housing celebrated its 2nd birthday!! We had planned a birthday picnic, however threatening weather meant an inside celebration.

We're So happy to celebrate 2 years of big wins, changed plans and loving each other, no matter the weather. It has been our absolute pleasure to meet such strong, resilient and vibrant women.

A huge thankyou also goes out to Sarah, Deb and Helene who keep the place running, to Kerry and Nigel who keep our women feeling loved and secure, and to Kev who keeps the place standing.

Liliah Haven's Safe Sleeping Space is open!

If you know of any women in Rockingham sleeping rough or in their car, let us know - we'd love to offer them a safe space to sleep, warm beds, hot meals, showers, laundry facilities and breakfast with barista coffee and packed lunch in the morning.

The last week has been a whirlwind leading up to the launch of our safe sleeping space, which opens for its first night this week.

A huge thankyou to Paradox Church for allowing us to use and change your space for our safe night space, and the volunteers who gave up some of their father's day to help with last minute installations and finishing touches.

We can't wait to start - Because everyone deserves the opportunity to sleep safely.
