Thought we would give a little update since we haven’t for a while, we now sit at a total raised of $2839.90 👏🏻

Big thanks to Roadvale Rural Fire Brigade for the continued contributions and to the community who have been also been using the bin located at the Roadvale School of Arts.

Remember to remove all lids beforehand pleeeaseee 🙏

Join Roadvale Progress Association and Scenic Rim Regional Council as Stage 1 tree planting commences at Roadvale Park on 27 January 2025 🌳✨

We’ll be planting the first 250 seedlings along the top boundary, and we’d love for you to be part of it! Whether you plant, watch, or cheer us on, your support makes a difference. 💚

Communities working together 🥰

🌟 Supporting Our Community! 🌟

We’re thrilled to have helped the Roadvale Progress Association Inc. upgrade to a brand-new flat-top BBQ, gas bottle, and cover for their community events and gatherings at the School of Arts!

The old BBQ served well but deserved a graceful retirement (though it’ll still make an appearance at the big events!).

The Roadvale Progress Association gave a huge ‘thank you’ to Mitre 10 and to our staff Roadvaleans Gary Byrne and Crystal Kinsey for their help.

We love what the Roadvale Progress Association is all about and value their ongoing contributions to the community. We can’t wait to see the new BBQ in action at its official christening! 🍖🎉

A massive congratulations to our River 94.9’s $10,000 School of the Year Finalists - Esk State School, Helidon State School, MSA Springfield and Roadvale State School! 📚💸🎊

Big thanks to The Roadvale Hotel for the continued contributions and to the community who have been also been using the bins located around Roadvale.

50% of every collection goes to the Fassifern Su***de Prevention Network 😃

📣 An exciting update for all Roadvalians!

On June 24, RPA President Russel Roberts and Rita Niebling presented the Roadvale Progress Association’s submission to all Scenic Rim Councillors and their senior staff.

The Council was preparing the 2024-25 budget.

The RPA requested two items:
1. That they work hand in hand with the RPA and Roadvale community to develop the parkland behind the Roadvale School of Arts
2. That immediate consideration be given to the construction of a public toilet owned and maintained by the Council.

Thanks to all the people who participated in our community survey that we conducted in March. With 120 participants, the results were 98% in favour of toilet and parkland development! This was a powerful part of our submission.
