HONOUR GOD WITH YOUR LIFE…our achievements and all we have means more when we offer them to the Lord. I loved sharing about the lives of the saints and be inspired about their wisdom and humility. Although highly educated, Saint Boniface left behind a promising ecclesial career in England to proclaim the Gospel to the northern Germans. His preaching was so successful that he was forced to write to the people of his homeland begging for books, vestments, and money to support his ministry. He drew from the ranks of monks and nuns in England the abbots and abbesses of Germany’s first monasteries—. In 754, he retired as archbishop to pursue a final mission to Friesland where he died as a martyr. Until the end, Saint Boniface honoured God with his life. How about us, what are we doing today to honour Him?

Thank You Lord for the example of the saints in showing us how to lead a life to honour You and bring glory to Your Name like the zeal of Saint Boniface, your martyr and bishop, you called a multitude of people to the know-ledge of Your Name, Saint Boniface…pray for us! Blessed Friday everyone! 💕

THURSDAY MEDITATIONS…feel with your ❤️

“To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul.
I trust you, let me not be disappointed;
do not let my enemies triumph.
Those who hope in you shall not be disappointed,
but only those who wantonly break faith.
Lord, make me know your ways.
Lord, teach me your paths.
Make me walk in your truth, and teach me:
for you are God my saviour.
In you I hope all day long
because of your goodness, O Lord.
Remember your mercy, Lord,
and the love you have shown from of old.
Do not remember the sins of my youth.
In your love remember me.

Thank You Lord for this new day and the blessings that come with it filled with love, lessons and surprises like a Father who dotes on us, amazing gifts from Your Word, too precious to ignore hence planted in our hearts. Teach us to meditate on Your Word day and night that we may gain wisdom while on this temporary place into our eternal home with You! Lord lead us today. Happy Thursday everyone! 💕

FLEW BACK FROM SINGAPORE last Friday, exhausted and our team didn’t expect me to show up but was too inspired not to be there to reopen BFJ Mercy & Mission with renewed passion! Who wouldn’t miss BFJ mission when each Saturday we open our doors, presents us with new opportunities to make a difference in the lives of needy children from the Philippines and the rest of the world and share our mission to patrons who were attracted to the causes supported by BFJ Boutique OpShop! We packed 4 jumbo boxes on Saturday! Truly, it’s life transforming and deeply fulfilling helping the poor.

Special thanks to Christine Yong and Patrick Ma who rounded up their friends to fill up 100 bags and today, he personally dropped off 40 out of 100 bags ready to load for shipping! Grateful to God how this couple came upon Buckets for Jesus mission work and took action! Also a huge thanks to Janet for making hot veggie soup and sandwiches for our lunch, some roast chicken from Ida and Elsie Sese from our Singapore team lovingly provided us a yummy Kueh Lapis cake for our dessert! Overall, a blessed day filled with love! 💕

THURSDAY MEDITATIONS…from the ❤️

“You, O Lord, are my lamp,

Thank You Lord for this new day filled with reminders from Your Word to read, meditate and plant them in our hearts. Thank You specially for this amazing week here in Singapore and all my beautiful friends celebrating my birthday month. Grateful beyond words for the inspiration and opening new opportunities for me to serve You more. You alone my soul awaits each day in silence like now, speak to my heart that I may gain more wisdom and will not be moved when trials come for You are my fortress! Blessed Thursday everyone! ❤️

LOVE FROM MALITBOG BUKIDNON! The daring mission partners of Buckets for Jesus climbed the mountains of Malitbog led by Maotse and team based in Bukidnon! It is indeed a road less traveled crossing rivers and streams on foot by far the hardest outreach program at SITIO UYUNAN of barangay San Luis! Unreachable with regular vehicles.. going through river banks and the steepest roads on foot, to reach a HIGAONON TRIBE community..

It was tough but was all worth it! Praise God we give thanks to the Lord for sending us to the mountains and gave us strength and time to sacrifice! A grateful, heartfelt and happiest feeling of reward and contentment.. we gave the tribe some 50 schoolbags with school supplies, toys and T-shirts, food packs with spaghetti, hotdog and some priceless Ice Cream! In addition, we also gave them some personal hygiene stuff like toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers (or tongs), hankies, candles and preloved clothes!

SCHOOLBAGS APPEAL 2026! Be a part of this year’s drive to raise up some 7000 schoolbags from our usual 5000 bags to bless more street children, orphanages and special needs kids. Sponsor a bag, a shipping box or a feed an outreach…make a difference and together let us give glory to God! 💕

MORNING THANKSGIVING…from the ❤️

I thank you, Lord, with all my heart:
you have heard the words of my mouth.
In the presence of the angels I praise you.

for your merciful love and your faithfulness.

Thanks be to God for the wanders and miracles He displays in our midst if only we’re not too busy to notice! May we walk with our eyes open without the scales that blinds our vision like material things! May we know Him personally involved in our days…for without Him we are nothing! What a beautiful heart! ❤️

In 2015, David Pruitt walked past a veteran named Earl sitting outside a Houston convenience store.

He bought him lunch.

He walked past him again the next day. He bought him lunch again.

This continued for 7 years.

Same time. Same corner. David'd pull up, Earl'd be there, they'd eat together sometimes, or David'd have to run.

They talked about baseball. About Earl's service in Vietnam. About David's kids.

David never tried to "fix" Earl. He just kept showing up.

In 2022, David worked with a Houston veterans housing nonprofit to get Earl into a permanent supportive housing unit.

On the day Earl got his key, David brought lunch one more time. They ate it on the steps of Earl's new apartment building.

"You didn't have to do all this," Earl said.

"I wanted the company," David said.

They still eat lunch together. Inside now. 🇺🇸
