Western Sydney Care Teddies and Toys - "trauma teddies" A group for those who enjoy knitting or crocheting teddies or toys, to give to the local police or Hello and welcome to my Care Teddies and Toys page.

My name is Joanne, and I became inspired through a charity-knitting group I am part of called "Knit 4 Charities" where a lady was requesting knitted trauma teddies for her local police station (not in my area). I thought this sounded like a great idea, and rang Hawkesbury police, who were thrilled at the idea of receiving some. I have since been able to support a number of my local emergency servi

ces with these teddies and toys, that have been warmly received. I would love you to join me in furthering this cause. If you or a member of your family likes to knit or crochet, please feel free to post and knitted or croceted teddies or dolls or animals to:
