β¨ Reflections from our very first Womenβs Group β¨
As we wrapped up our first Womenβs Group, we invited members to reflect on their experience, what they learnt, and what the group meant to them. Their words were powerful, honest, and a reminder of how important safe and supportive spaces for women truly are. π
When asked βWhat is one thing the group gave you?β women shared:
πΏ Support
πΏ Peace of mind
πΏ Connection
πΏ A sense of belonging
πΏ Feeling valued and that they mattered
When reflecting on what the facilitators did well, members spoke about:
β Creating a welcoming and caring environment
π¬ Introducing new ways to manage challenges
π§ Sharing knowledge and weekly focus activities
π€ Encouragement, engagement, and genuine care
πͺ Coffee, snacks, and meaningful conversations
Women also shared what they were most proud of:
πΈ βBeing meβ
πΈ Attending the group each week
πΈ Learning new things
πΈ Finding the motivation to get out of bed and do something positive for themselves
And for women considering joining the next group, the advice was clear:
π βThere is no judgement.β
π βItβs a safe place.β
π βBe yourself and keep showing up.β
π βCome with an open mind and trust the process.β
π βConnecting with like-minded women is valuable, reassuring, and freeing.β
We are now taking registrations for our next Womenβs Group beginning in June 2026. If you feel this is something you may benefit from, we encourage you to register your interest or reach out to learn more.
Together, we create connection, empowerment, and a space where women feel heard, supported, and valued. π
