🎉 RIPLEY SCOUT GROUP EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM IS BACK ONLINE!

Great news for families interested in joining Ripley Scout Group, our Expression of Interest form is now available again following Scouts Queensland’s recent Microsoft 365 migration.

If you’ve been looking to register your interest, enquire about trial nights, or begin your family’s Scouting journey with us, you can now do so here:

Important update for our Ripley Scout Group families and those interested in joining us.

As part of Scouts Queensland’s national Microsoft 365 migration, Ripley Scout Group is no longer connected via .com.au, as we have now transitioned to .au.

This change has impacted some of our email addresses, website links, QR codes, Microsoft Forms, and Expressions of Interest for trial nights. As a result, some contact methods or registration links may not currently function as intended.

We are actively working behind the scenes to update and restore these systems as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth experience for both our current families and new families exploring Scouting with us.

If you have recently submitted an enquiry, Expression of Interest, or are awaiting information regarding a trial night and have not yet heard from us, please feel free to reach out.

During this transition, the best way to contact us is via direct message on our page.

We are actively working behind the scenes to update and restore these systems as quickly as possible to ensure a seamless experience when contacting Ripley Scout Group.

To all servicemen and women who have served, and those who continue to serve, THANK YOU!

To those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom, we remember you.

Today, Ripley Scout Group, alongside some of our youth members, leaders and adult members, proudly paid our respects by marching in the ANZAC Day March in Ipswich CBD. It was a meaningful opportunity to honour past and present service members and reflect on their courage and sacrifice.

Thank you also to our members who attended services across the community today. Your presence and respect matter.

As a group that supports defence and local families from across the Ipswich region, this day holds deep meaning for our community.

Last night our Ripley Venturers hosted a Limestone District event at Rope Haus, bringing together Venturers from Raceview and Queens Park for an evening of epic climbing challenges.

The youth took on everything from the climbing walls and assault ladder to the cargo net towers, plank climbers, climbing mast, and the legendary Leap of Faith. There was plenty of determination on display, along with loud cheers from the belay lines as everyone encouraged each other and celebrated the wins.

It was fantastic to see confidence grow as Venturers faced their fears, planned their climbing routes, and pushed themselves physically. Just as powerful was the way they supported one another, building trust and strengthening friendships across the different Scout Groups.

Nights like this are what Scouting is all about. Youth stepping outside their comfort zones, backing their mates, and growing in confidence, resilience, and teamwork. 🧗‍♂️
