Promoting Responsible Dog Ownership with Obedience Training

MRODC has been training dogs and their owners in the Macedon Ranges area since it's inception in 1979. We aim to provide an opportunity for owners to gain a better understanding of their dogs through obedience training and to provide them with the skills necessary to integrate their pet into the family and the wider community. We offer classes from entry-level beginner's classes, suitable for new owners with a young puppy or new dog, continuing right through to the formal discipline of competitive obedience trials. The club also hosts regular events, including fun days, inter-club competitions and obedience trials. Our club rooms are open on training days, and include a well-stocked library containing books on a wide range of dog-related topics including general interest to training and behaviour. We also have a club shop that stocks most dog training requisites such as leads and collars.

Glad he is ok. Worth keeping an eye on your dogs and what they ingest or noticing changes in behaviour that warrant investigation.

🚨 Public Service Announcement from Your Dog 🚨
Dear Human,
I've been informed that Daylight Saving starts tonight and you'll be changing all the clocks.
Please note that this will have absolutely no impact on: 🐾 My breakfast schedule 🐾 My dinner schedule 🐾 My walk schedule 🐾 My treat schedule
I expect all services to continue as normal.
Regards,
Your Dog

Don't forget to put your clocks forward one hour tonight and we'll see you all at training! 🐕🐾😁

Training is still going ahead tomorrow morning despite all the rain. If we arrive and find the grounds unsafe, we’ll post an update on this platform at 8:30am to let everyone know.
