A major police operation this week was brought to a standstill after a gang of highly organised geese allegedly occupied the roadway and ignored repeated requests to move on. 🦆
Witnesses say the offenders showed no concern for traffic conditions, refused to produce identification, and responded to police directions with “aggressive honking!” 🤬
Despite being stopped by the booze bus, all members of the flock returned negative alcohol readings. 🍺
No charges have been laid at this stage, although investigators are exploring possible offences relating to obstructing traffic, loitering with intent to waddle, and being an absolute nuisance. 👮🏻♂️
The geese were last seen leaving the scene at a leisurely pace, apparently confident they were above the law. 🚨
