📸 CHILDREN’S WARD COMPETITION TOMORROW NIGHT! 💙

Tomorrow night, Hawkesbury Camera Club opens its doors to some very special guests students from our local primary schools, who will take on the important role of becoming our judges! 👩‍⚖️👨‍⚖️

Our members have entered their best images, but this time, the final say belongs to the children. 🥰

Every selected photograph will be professionally printed by Harvey Norman and then donated to Windsor Hospital, where the images will be displayed in the Children’s Ward for the next 12 months. 🏥📷

It’s a wonderful way to combine our love of photography with giving back to our local community and we can’t wait to see which images our young judges choose!

Good luck to all our members, and most importantly, welcome to our judges! 🌟

🌌 Programme Update! 📸

We’ve had a slight change to this Wednesday night’s guest speaker, and we’re excited to welcome Jay Evans!

Join us as Jay takes us on a journey through the fascinating world of Astrophotography. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve your night sky images, you’ll pick up plenty of tips, techniques and inspiration.

Jay is also a Sony Advocate, so if you’re a Sony shooter (or simply curious about the system), there’ll be plenty of insights to enjoy.

📸 Competition Night – Wednesday at Hawkesbury Camera Club!
Join us tomorrow night for another exciting competition evening as we welcome Michelle Kennedy as our guest judge.
Michelle is an accomplished Australian photographer and photography educator, renowned for her creative approach to photography. She has a passion for helping photographers develop their creative vision and is well known for her thoughtful, constructive feedback and her ability to encourage photographers of all skill levels to see new possibilities in their work.
On the night, Michelle will be judging both our Creative and Open categories. Whether you’re entered an image or simply coming along to enjoy the evening, it’s always a fantastic opportunity to see a wide variety of photography and learn from Michelle’s insightful comments.
