And just like that, LaunchPad Leadership 2026 came to a close💫

Day 3 brought leadership labs grounded in Jewish wisdom, space for reflection and emotional release, and a closing circle where each person articulated a vision for who they are becoming as a leader.

Three days of deep learning, real connection, and growth that will carry well beyond this room.

Across the program, participants engaged thoughtfully, supported one another, and contributed to an environment that made the experience so meaningful.
