*Newborn kit distribution in Rural Tanzania*

These delivery and newborn kits, although very simple, can prevent many complications when children are born in unsanitary conditions. They can reduce rates of stillbirths, infections and other long term debilitating problems.

For a mere $14, you can provide a mother (and the attending midwife) with the basic essentials to deliver her baby. The kit includes

Surgical gloves,
Maternity pads
Cotton wool
Cloth material for newborns
2 Umbilical cord clamps
Disposable mackintosh
Surgical blade
Surgical Sutures
5cc Syringe

*Iraq Orphan Education Support* Welfare Aid International has been actively supporting the Imamain Jawadain school for orphans in Iraq for *over a decade* . We are very proud to announce that the school has now had *three orphans graduate with exceptional marks and achieve admission into a Bachelor of Medicine* degree, putting them on a *path to becoming doctors.* The school is a wonderful model for how the lives of orphans can be transformed through education and positive support systems.The school provides orphans with high quality education as well as after school care and support and transport to and from home.
