Vale Tommy Trantino.
The West Preston Lakeside Football Club is deeply saddened to share the passing of Tommy Trantino.
Tommy was a giant of our football club. Tommy represented the club 124 times on field wearing #35 as a past player, but his impact and legacy grew off the field, with countless years of dedication as a committee member, as well as taking on game day roles as team manager, including in our 2019 Premiership year.
What will be missed more then his contribution to the club is his smiling face. Always there to be the first to greet you, Tommy opened his arms to everyone and made West Preston the special place it is. He loved talking football about his two loves, West Preston and Collingwood, and we will miss having those chats going forward.
Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with the Trantino family, friends, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
