Thank you to all who came out for the See. Snap. Save: Koala Watch Forum over the weekend! Redland City Council debuted its new Koala Watch Dashboard and shared how Redlands residents can report their koala sightings using the Koala Watch web platform and mobile app Survey123, and we were honoured to have the event hosted by Ranger Stacey with a great lineup of presenters who shared about koala monitoring, rescue, and rehab:

Join us at the See. Snap. Save: Koala Watch Forum on Saturday September 27th, an event dedicated to protecting our iconic koalas! Learn how to report sightings effectively and discover Redland City Council’s new Koala Watch dashboard.

The forum will feature experts in koala research, rescue, and monitoring. You will also gain valuable insights on identifying sick or injured koalas and hear from local citizen scientists who will share tips for successful koala spotting.

There will be a catered lunch and time to mingle with fellow koala enthusiasts! Don’t miss this opportunity to contribute to local koala conservation efforts! 🐨

We need your help to monitor and protect our local koalas. Everyone can play a role in koala conservation. If you see a koala on Redlands Coast, report it using Koala Watch.

This exciting new platform lets you explore koala sightings in your area, meet our incredible ambassador koalas and track their movements like never before! You can search for koalas by name, location, date and health status.
