Notice of the Redbank School of Arts Inc 2024-25 Annual General Meeting
This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Redbank School of Arts Inc.
The details of this meeting are as follows:

Place: Redbank School of Arts Inc, 71 Brisbane Road, Redbank Q 4301
The nomination form for committee member positions can be found athttps://redbanksoa.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/Nomination-Form-redbank-school-of-arts-inc-2025.pdf and must be completed and returned by the close of business on 11 November 2025 if you are interested in nominating for a position on the management committee.
Details of how to return completed forms can be found on the form.
Please email [email protected] if you are coming to the AGM. This will assist this committee in terms of catering of tea/coffee and light refreshments.
The existing committee members do not intend to renominate. All positions will be declared vacant. Key positions to be available are – President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Any member of the association can nominate. If you are interested in becoming a member, please email [email protected].
Without a functioning committee the association is unable to continue to manage any association assets and running costs associated. In practice, this means that the hall would not be able to operate.
