Children’s Week at The Cub House

This week we celebrated the joy of childhood with lots of fun, learning, and care.

Our little ones explored, created, and learned together through laughter and discovery.

It was beautiful to see the happiness on each child's face.

Thank you to everyone who is part of this special journey. We look forward to continuing to grow together with love and imagination.

🌟 This week at The Cub House, we learned with joy and creativity! 🌟

We explored textures with a sensory tray filled with green-coloured pasta as seaweed, along with ocean animals — a fun and engaging activity that supported sensory development and imagination. 🐠🌊

We enjoyed outdoor play, sharing toys and building our social skills through kind interactions and teamwork. 🤝

We also connected with nature by exploring sand, twigs, and leaves — encouraging curiosity and a love for the natural world. 🍃🌿

During quiet moments, we focused on calm, concentration, and practiced recognising letters and writing our names with pride! ✍️📚

It was a wonderful week full of discovery, friendship, and playful learning. 💛✨

What a beautiful week we’ve had at The Cub House! ✨
Full of smiles, laughter, learning and love. 💛

Each day brought something special — little discoveries, proud moments, and lots of joy. As educators, it fills our hearts to see our children growing, exploring and feeling so cared for. 🌈

Children’s Week at The Cub House

We had such a lovely week full of fun and learning. The children celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with a story, shamrock craft, and a virtual tour of Ireland.

They explored new donated toys, including a singing book and musical instruments, which brought lots of smiles.

The toddlers enjoyed ocean-themed sensory play, encouraging social interaction and creativity.

We also learnt about recycling, planted seedlings, and made our own caterpillars after reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

It was a beautiful week filled with laughter, discovery, and special moments together.

This week at The Cub House was full of fun and learning. The children enjoyed building towers, working together, and solving problems through play. They also had a great time dancing and moving to music, expressing themselves with big smiles.

In the garden, they planted vegetable seeds and watched their little sprouts grow, learning about nature and how to care for plants. They also practiced recognising letters and numbers, writing their names, and counting in fun and interactive ways.

Their imagination came to life with the animal sensory tray, where they explored different textures and created their own stories. It was a week of discovery, teamwork, and special moments. We look forward to another exciting week ahead.

Children’s Week at The Cub House

This week, the children had lots of fun while learning new things. They enjoyed making pancakes, mixing and pouring ingredients, and practicing their fine motor skills. They explored emotions through songs and playdough, learning to match colours with feelings. They also watched a sea life video and used tongs to clean up “rubbish,” helping them understand how to care for the environment. In the sensory bin, they practiced scooping, digging, and moving trucks through the sand, improving their coordination. To finish the week, they had fun with Jelly Fun Friday, exploring different textures and movements. It was a great week full of learning and play!
