Tough day at the office for the bushrangers on the weekend, after losing the toss and being sent into bowl the rangers started well having spreyton 4/65 at drinks but some solid batting from the Eagles after drinks got there score to a respectable 170 in reply the lads from beulah never really got going and where all out for 69. 2 games in and there have been positives but also a lot of work to still be done by the bushrangers. Massive thanks to spreyton for a game played in good spirits and to there lads that came in and supported our bar

This weekend the bushrangers play our first home game of the season vs the lads from spreyton. A few big inclusions with vice captain tristan Downward and club legend's ben corbett and Brendan davey coming back into the line up and with nigel Downward coming off a brilliant 60 last week the boys from beulah will be hoping to take it right up to the spreyton team.

Quick recap on today's game. Penguin won the toss and elected to bowl. Difficult batting conditions and good bowling made scoring runs Difficult but the lads fought hard and a brilliant 60 from Nigel Downward helped the bushrangers to 121. Just as the Penguin boys where heading out to bat the heavens opened up and dumped a massive amount of water onto the ground. A 20 minute wait and a ground check was had where it was decided it was to dangerous to continue playing. Huge thanks to penguin for there hospitality.

We’re incredibly grateful for the wonderful sponsors and small businesses supporting us this year. If you’re after a reliable and friendly bookkeeper, reach out to Financial Friend Bookkeeping! Financial Friend Bookkeeping@

Wife. Mum of 3 kiddos under 7.

Bookkeeper. BAS Agent. Professional juggler of sporting commitments, play dates, school stuff and daycare illnesses that NEVER. BLOODY. END. 😅

I started Financial Friend Bookkeeping because I realised bookkeeping didn’t need to feel so… corporate.

I wanted to put the FRIEND back in bookkeeping.
I can talk numbers, BAS, payroll, cash flow and business strategy with the best of them… but I can also tell you that meeting absolutely could have been an email. 😂

I can be professional and corporate when we need to be.
I can also be loud, have a laugh, send the occasional GIF and say “what the hell happened here?” when I open your bank reconciliation.

I’ve done it all.

My job? To be the person in your corner who understands your numbers, understands your business and understands that sometimes life is absolute chaos.

You run the business, or I can 🤪.
I’ll be your Financial Friend. 💙
