Phase 2 of our Change Creators program is ready to launch with more than 20 young men who want more for themselves and their lives.

And our Program Director and facilitator, Devesh Kumar, is already in transformation mode,
even before his oat flat white! ☕️

It all begins with recognising the strengths already within us: building self-worth, creating connection and opening pathways to prosperity.

Let’s go, Change Creators! 💪

Sometimes the best moments come from plans changing unexpectedly.

When one of our BREED facilitators had a last-minute emergency before a Year 7 wellbeing session at Evans High School, we called on one of the newest members of our team, Devesh Kumar.

He stepped up brilliantly.

The session focused on emotional wellbeing, resilience, gratitude and connection. Students were encouraged to think about the people who matter most to them and, importantly, to express what those relationships mean.

Soon, students were putting their hands up, sharing openly and acknowledging their friendships in front of the group.

The school told us the students genuinely enjoyed the session, with teaching staff also commenting on how valuable it was.

We are incredibly proud of Devesh for stepping in at short notice and creating such a positive and safe space for these young people.

A big thank you to Evans High School for having us, and to Step Into Action Foundation and Chris Barton, one of our valued Impact Partners, whose funding made this session possible.

Sometimes resilience starts with something simple:

Feeling safe enough to speak.
Feeling valued enough to be heard.
And knowing that your voice matters.

The Founders Circle pilot is in full swing! 🙌

We now have 16 founders across two cohorts, and it’s been fantastic watching the conversations, connections and growth happening around these tables.

Our Foundational Index has also become a really valuable part of the experience.

Each founder receives their own individual report exploring our three pillars of Self-Worth, Connection and Prosperity, which we then use to go deeper during our one-to-one coaching sessions.

We’re already seeing some amazing progress!

But one of the best parts has been seeing founders support and learn from each other. Different businesses, different journeys and different challenges, but so much experience and wisdom being shared around the table.

This pilot was always about exploring a simple idea:

Before we focus on growing the business, what happens when we strengthen the person behind it?

What an incredible opportunity!

Yesterday, BREED Australia had the privilege of speaking with more than 350 Year 11 students at The Ponds High School.

Our CEO, Emmanuel Martin, shared his own journey of overcoming shyness and self-doubt, reminding students that while a great ATAR can open doors, it’s emotional intelligence, resilience, and goal achievement that will help them succeed throughout life.

At BREED, we’re passionate about helping young people build the foundations that matter most because life is a marathon, not a sprint.

A huge thank you to The Ponds High School, Chris Barton, Step Into Action Foundation, and Blacktown City Council, particularly the Mayor of Blacktown City for making opportunities like this possible.

Through our Learning for Good platform, we’re empowering the next generation to know themselves, connect with others, and thrive.

Today wasn’t just the beginning of a program. It was the beginning of a community.

Today we welcomed the very first Founders Circle cohort.

In a world that often tells us to move faster, scale bigger and work harder, we chose a different conversation.

Before we grow what we’re building…
we strengthen what we’re built on.

Together, we explored three foundations that shape every business, every leader and every life:

💙 Self Worth – knowing who you are, trusting yourself and leading with purpose.

🤝 Connection – the quality of your thinking, your relationships and the environment you choose to surround yourself with.

🌱 Prosperity – creating sustainable success through wellbeing, energy, meaningful impact and financial growth.

What made today special wasn’t the framework.

It was watching a room full of founders and leaders openly share challenges, celebrate wins, ask better questions and realise they weren’t alone.

There were moments of insight.
Moments of vulnerability.
Moments where perspectives shifted.
And honest discussions which were challenging.

Because when people strengthen their foundations, better decisions follow.
Better businesses follow.
Better lives follow.

This is why we created Founders Circle.

Not to give people more information…
but to help them build from a stronger foundation.

Thank you to our incredible founding cohort for your openness, courage and willingness to help shape something bigger than yourselves.

And here’s the exciting news…

✨ We have just ONE place remaining in this inaugural Founders Circle cohort.

If you’re building something meaningful and feel like it’s time to strengthen the foundations beneath your next stage of growth, we’d love to hear from you.

📩 Send us a message or register your interest today. (Link in comments)

Because the future you’re building deserves foundations strong enough to support it.

This morning we’re excited to launch Future Me, a new personal growth and employability workshop designed to help young people build the foundations that sit beneath long-term success.

Today isn’t just about preparing for a job interview. It’s about building confidence, understanding ourselves, connecting with others and thinking intentionally about who we are becoming.

A huge thank you to Aboriginal Employment Strategy for partnering with BREED Australia to create meaningful pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people.

We’re also incredibly grateful to ZARA for investing in the next generation by providing real employment opportunities. Giving young people a chance to grow through meaningful work can change the trajectory of a life.

The theme for today :

💡 Confidence can be built.
🤝 Strong relationships create opportunities.
🌱 Challenges create meaning and purpose.

Looking forward to an inspiring day of learning, reflection and growth.
