🔥BURNOUT INTRO- JAYME DAVIES TAYLOR 🔥

We’ve got a driver who is Proston through and through

Born and raised in the Proston Car Rally Club scene, Jayme has grown up around the smell of fuel and the sound of engines. He jumped behind the wheel as soon as he was old enough, kicking off his motorsport journey 12 years ago, and hasn’t looked back since.

Back in 2017, as a young teenager, Jayme was part of the crew that helped bring burnouts back to Proston. Not only did he help make it happen, but he also hit the pad in that very first comp — and from that moment on, he’s never missed a single event.

That’s dedication. That’s loyalty. And that’s what Proston is all about.

A familiar face, a committed competitor, and someone who truly lives and breathes the sport

🔥 DRIVER INTRO – PHIL PORTER 🔥

Spending nearly 20 years off the pad, Phil Porter has made a serious return to burnouts and now in his third year back, he’s proving he hasn’t missed a beat.

Behind the wheel of “SALLY”, Phil brings experience, patience, and a whole lot of heart. The car isn’t just a machine, it’s a tribute, named after a best mate whose nickname lives on every time Phil fires it up.

And he’s not just out there for a cruise either, Phil has already shown what he’s capable of, finishing Top 10 at both Wellcamp Motorfest events, putting SALLY right up there with the best.

Expect clean driving, big commitment, and a car that means something every time it hits the pad.

Phil and SALLY are here to make their mark. 🔥

🔥 YOUNG GUNS – OLIVER OXLEY 🔥

At just 16 years old, Oliver Oxley is already making his mark in the Young Guns class, bringing passion, determination, and a proper love for motorsport.

From the age of 13, Oliver has been hands-on building go-karts and dirt bikes, always chasing that next adrenaline hit. With his old man always asking “can it do burnouts?”, it didn’t take long before that idea stuck… and now here he is, ready to send it.

Behind the wheel of his AU Falcon, “AULOUD”, Oliver isn’t just driving he’s carrying something bigger. The car is a tribute to his mate Jai Williams, who sadly passed away last September. The number 718 was Jai’s race number, and LLJ – Live Long Jai rides with Oliver every time he hits the pad.

AULOUD lives up to its name, loud, proud, and built with heart.

Keep an eye on this young bloke… he’s not just here to make noise, he’s here to make it count. 🔥

🔥 BURNOUT DRIVER INTRO – MITCHELL PONTING & AMY MCCARRAGHER🔥

Mitchell Ponting has been putting in the laps and earning his stripes behind the wheel of “Tip Rat” a tough, supercharged V6 that’s become a familiar sight across South East Queensland.

What started out as a stock skidder 4 years ago has evolved into a proven performer, and the best part… it’s still running the same motor and box. Built on consistency, reliability, and plenty of right foot, Mitchell and Tip Rat continue to show that you don’t need to overcomplicate things to put on a show.

And it’s not just Mitchell flying the flag his partner Amy is jumping behind the wheel of Tip Rat in the New Stars class, and she’s ready to make her mark. If Mitchell’s anything to go by, she’s bound to send it and put on a show of her own.

Donny Mathers is no stranger to sending it, and behind the wheel of his weapon of choice “Full Send” he lives up to the name every time he hits the track.

Piloting an E85-powered BA Falcon ute, Donny brings raw power, noise, and plenty of sideways action wherever he goes. Whether it’s laying it down on the burnout pad or carving up the Khanacross track, you can bet he’s giving it everything he’s got.

Expect big revs, big commitment, and absolutely no holding back because when Donny’s in Full Send, there’s only one way to drive… flat out.
