We are incredibly honoured to announce that Her Excellency the Honourable Caroline Wells, Governor of Tasmania, and Dr Rob Walters RFD have accepted our invitation to become Joint Patrons of the b kinder foundation.

Their support is a wonderful endorsement of our mission to inspire and empower young people to become kinder, more empathetic and more compassionate, ultimately helping to create safer, more connected communities and contributing to the prevention of bullying, mental ill-health and su***de.

We are so grateful to Her Excellency and Dr Walters for supporting our work and sharing our belief in the power of kindness to impact lives.

Over 18,000 students have been directly impacted by our b kinder school program in 2026. Every single student represents a young person learning that they have the power to make a difference.

Through the b kinder school program, students are developing the confidence and skills to lead with kindness, strengthen connections and create positive change within their schools and communities.

We are incredibly proud to see Billie’s legacy continuing to grow, empowering young people to become compassionate, courageous and connected human beings.

I am excited to share that I' ve been selected to participate in the Social Impact Fellowship. The Social Impact Fellowship is a 12-week sprint of learning and doing, designed for leaders who are ambitious for impact. Over the next three months, I'll be joining my peers in impact-focused workshops and panel discussions with Social Entrepreneurs, Social Impact leaders, and Impact Investors. Additionally, the mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities will pave the way for self-discovery and growth, empowering me to contribute meaningfully to social change.

We are so proud to have Glenorchy Primary School as a b kinder school. It was wonderful to have their b kinder ambassadors participate in our b kinder workshop “the neuroscience of kindness” with Dr Mark WIlliams OAM this week. Their contributions during the workshop made for an engaging and inspiring session.

It was wonderful to have FLO Campus at Swan Hill College participate in this year's b kinder day on 22nd June. Some of their year 10 students ran the program for the staff and students. As well as writing kindness cards, students wrote messages on the kindness tree that lit up the corridor. Thank you to all the students and staff for spreading so much kindness.

St Matthew's Catholic Primary, Windsor have been participating in our annual b kinder day for 6 years now! Now they have increased their kindness activities into a kindness week! Thank you Elora for showing us all what a difference we can make in the lives of others just by being kind.

💛🧶 Kindness is Contagious 🧶💛

As part of B Kinder Week, Elora wanted to spread a little joy throughout our school community. She came up with the wonderful idea of holding a Beanie Colouring-in Competition in the lead-up to our annual Vinnies Scarf and Beanie Winter Appeal.

Students from every grade enthusiastically joined in, creating fantastic and colourful entries that made choosing the winners a very difficult task! A huge thank you to Elora’s family for generously donating four beanies as prizes for our lucky winners.

We are so proud of Elora for showing such wonderful initiative, creativity and compassion. Her thoughtful idea brought smiles to so many faces and reminded us all that even the smallest act of kindness can make a big difference.

Thank you to the Balonne Shire Council for once again embracing the spirit of kindness and participating in b kinder day 2026.

Their annual b kinder BBQ Breakfast was a wonderful success, bringing together local community members and visitors to celebrate kindness and connection. Thank you also for the amazing donation that was raised at the event. We are so grateful for the ongoing support of Balonne Shire Council and their commitment to creating kinder, more connected communities. Every act of kindness, every conversation and every donation helps us continue our mission to empower young people to lead with kindness, empathy and compassion.

We are so proud to have Glenorchy City Council as one of our b kinder councils. Glenorchy City Council encourage their employees to work together to create a culture where kindness, appreciation and recognition are part of their everyday interactions.

On b kinder day this year they set up b kinder card stations that provided a simple way for everyone to recognise and appreciate the people they work with every day. Employees were encouraged to write a message in a b kinder car to thank a colleague for their support, acknowledge a job well done, celebrate a success, or simply brighten someone's day.

A few thoughtful words can make a real difference to someone's day, helping to build stronger connections and a more positive workplace culture.
